I came to the Upstate the way a lot of my clients did: from somewhere else, on purpose. Originally from New York, I chose Greenville for the same reasons this region keeps drawing people — real industry, real neighborhoods, and a cost of living that still makes sense. Helping people navigate that same move, or the sale on the other end of it, is most of what I do.

My practice runs on a simple idea: you should be able to see the reasoning behind every recommendation I make. The comparable sales behind a price. The expected return behind a repair. The trade-offs inside an offer. Greenville and Spartanburg are engineering towns, and my clients tend to be people who check the math — I would rather hand them the math up front.
